Networker10x es una plataforma de ventas y marketing con IA que incluye agendado automático de citas (Networker10x), coaching y analítica de llamadas de venta (Ventas10x) y seguimiento de leads de marketing con gestión de UTMs (Marketing10x). El servicio incluye gestión de conversaciones con IA, seguimiento de leads, análisis de transcripciones de llamadas e integración con herramientas de terceros de agendado, CRM y publicidad.
Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de las credenciales de tu cuenta y de toda la actividad que ocurra en ella. Debes proporcionar información veraz al registrarte y mantenerla actualizada. Eres responsable de que tu uso de la mensajería automatizada cumpla las políticas de Meta y la legislación aplicable.
Te comprometes a no usar Networker10x para enviar spam, mensajes no solicitados o contenido que infrinja leyes o derechos de terceros. Debes cumplir la Instagram Platform Policy, los Platform Terms de Meta y toda la normativa de mensajería aplicable.
Networker10x ofrece planes de suscripción de pago con facturación mensual. Al suscribirte nos autorizas a cobrar tu método de pago de forma recurrente. Puedes cancelar cuando quieras; la cancelación surte efecto al final del periodo de facturación en curso.
Networker10x se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. No somos responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados de tu uso del servicio, incluidos ingresos perdidos, citas no concretadas o fallos en la mensajería.
Podemos suspender o cancelar tu cuenta si incumples estos términos o realizas actividades que perjudiquen el servicio o a otros usuarios. Tú puedes cancelar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la configuración de tu cuenta.
Podemos actualizar estos términos cada cierto tiempo. Te notificaremos los cambios importantes por correo electrónico o mediante una notificación en la aplicación. Seguir usando el servicio tras los cambios implica su aceptación.

Networker10x is an AI-powered sales and marketing platform that includes automated appointment setting (Networker10x), sales call coaching and analytics (Ventas10x), and marketing lead tracking with UTM management (Marketing10x). The service includes AI conversation management, lead tracking, call transcription analysis, and integration with third-party scheduling, CRM, and advertising tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for ensuring your use of automated messaging complies with Meta's policies and applicable laws.
You agree not to use Networker10x to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates any laws or third-party rights. You must comply with the Instagram Platform Policy, Meta's Platform Terms, and all applicable messaging regulations.
Networker10x offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Networker10x is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, missed appointments, or messaging failures.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
