2. Description of Service

Networker10x is an AI-powered sales and marketing platform that includes automated appointment setting (Networker10x), sales call coaching and analytics (Ventas10x), and marketing lead tracking with UTM management (Marketing10x). The service includes AI conversation management, lead tracking, call transcription analysis, and integration with third-party scheduling, CRM, and advertising tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for ensuring your use of automated messaging complies with Meta's policies and applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Networker10x to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates any laws or third-party rights. You must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy, Instagram Platform Policy, and all applicable messaging regulations.

5. Subscription & Billing

Networker10x offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Networker10x is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, missed appointments, or messaging failures.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
